Signs deal with the UAE-based Royal Hospital
Healthtech startup Avisa Smart Hospitals has signed a deal with the UAE-based Royal Hospital to bring the first smart hospital to Sharjah. AVISA has inked a nine-year contract with the Royal Hospital, owned by the Sultan of Sharjah, Sheikh Dr Sultan Bin Muhammad Al Qasimi, to take over its operations and management and transform it into a smart healthcare establishment named Royal Smart Hospital.
The super speciality Royal Hospital in Sharjah has state-of-the-art infrastructure and the interiors are akin to that of a palace. Following the collaboration with Avisa Smart Hospitals, the Royal hospital is being equipped with cutting-edge healthcare technologies and expertise which includes almost every speciality of a hospital with reputed Doctors and high-end equipment.
Avisa has also opened its first smart pharmacy in Sharjah. The one-of-its-kind smart pharmacy is unprecedented as it adapts a complete smart supply chain system with patient service as well as home delivery. The Avisa Smart Pharmacy automates the supply chain and delivery system of pharmacies to hospitals to avoid leakages in the supply chain while simultaneously helping in precision medicines.
