Advancing Neurotechnology: Earable Neuroscience Secures Investment from Samsung Ventures
Earable Neuroscience, a Boulder, CO-based tech company focused on building a neuroscience ecosystem, received an investment from Samsung Ventures. The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
Led by CEO Tam Vu, Earable is a tech company building a neuroscience ecosystem for everyday life. Its FRENZ Brainband is an AI-powered consumer wearable that can track and stimulate brain activities for sleep, focus, and relaxation. It tracks and stimulates brain activity by delivering real-time personalized audio content through integrated bone-conduction speakers. The core technology was developed by scientists at the University of Colorado (USA) and Oxford University (UK), with 15 global patents.
With the initial product launch deemed successful, Earable is now preparing to embark on its next phase of growth. To fund its expansion plans, the company has set its sights on initiating a Series A fundraising round in the fourth quarter of 2023. The purpose of this fundraising round is to secure additional capital that will enable Earable to scale up its operations, increase product delivery capabilities, and expand its product portfolio. By raising funds through a Series A round, Earable aims to attract investors who recognize the potential of its wearable technology and its ability to disrupt the market. The additional capital will provide the company with the necessary resources to accelerate its growth trajectory and achieve its long-term objectives.
