Bengaluru-based startup Prodigi.ai, the artificial intelligence (AI)-powered digital diagnostic platform, has announced the acquisition of Coimbatore-based data analytics platform CubeBase at an undisclosed value.
The news of the acquisition subsequent to Prodigi.ai’s Series-A funding led by Celesta Capital complements its vision to provide actionable insights and predictive intelligence to its teleradiology services. Furthermore, it will help Prodigi.ai enhance its existing machine-learning technologies to provide deep insights and automation capabilities.
CubeBase was already working with Prodigi for its data management and application development needs, and its team has also been familiar with the latter's products and offerings. Therefore, the acquisition has helped Prodigi.ai bring together a significant pool of talent who are already aligned with the brand’s vision and mission.
Prodigi.ai is using data science to augment the digital diagnostic platform that can help radiologists identify complex findings or anomalies in an image using machine learning algorithms. These products are often combined with existing imaging technology, which allows for the storage and retrieval of images without the need for any manual intervention.
