  • With over 150 authorised distributors and over 20K pharmacies, Biddano plans to gradually expand to more cities and onboard 300 distributors and 200K pharmacies in total by next year
  • In the next two to three years, Biddano wants to be India’s largest healthcare supply chain, logistics, and payment platform with a network of 500,000 pharmacies, up from the current 20,000 players.
  • Over the next several months, plan is to steadily add 30 cities. And by November this year, plan is on expanding this to 100 cities across India. 
  • In addition, Biddano looking at growing its social impact footprint. Towards that, plan is to grow expansion into towns and villages where the fragmentation is most observed.
  • Currently planning to add 100 villages in the next 6 months and exponentially grow that number in a year

"We think the biggest change has been the accelerated digital adoption among all the stakeholders within the ecosystem. It is a key factor that has rapidly helped in the growth and adaptability of our tech solution.

We believe that through the pandemic we learnt how to monitor and facilitate each stakeholders growth. For instance, distributors began growing about 35% QoQ with Biddano and this built internal trust and reliability. We used this momentum to empower them and expand their reach. 

We believe that the new post-pandemic changes have actually created an ecosystem and accelerated the adoption of our product, making it smoother for us to bridge this inefficient gap."
